After serving two years with the ministry Campus Crusade for Christ and more than two years Marketing for a national mortgage company, Pete decided to return to what he was most familiar with, Real Estate. With his family having been in new construction his whole life, he got his start by selling homes for their company. Today, he is selling homes for many families anywhere from Lenoir City to Sevierville and all around. Buying and selling a house is a major life event and he is honored when someone decides to trust his expertise.
Awards & Recognition
Along with simple recognitions by the "Top Knox Reader's Poll" and City View's "Best of the Best", Pete received the "Executive Club Award" in 2016 and the "Diamond Award" every year since 2017, recognizing him as a top producer in the Knoxville area. However, the greatest recognition comes with returning clients and referrals to friends.
Since his start as a Realtor in 2014, Pete has had the privilege of helping hundreds of families establish new homes. Through experiencing all sorts of transactions, he knows what needs to be done to protect his clients best interest.
Pete and Sarah have been married since 2012 and had their first child, Molly McClain, in May of 2019. They love hiking and camping in the Smokies, teach Bible Studies for adults, and are leaders with an after school program for High Schoolers.
